Pure white and gentle flavored Wasanbon sugar produced by traditional Sanuki manufacturing methods.Sanuki Wasanbon is carefully made by squeezing a special variety of sugarcane (hosokibi) grown in Kagawa Prefecture for Wasanbon at sugar refinery in Kagawa Prefecture.
It is a pure white color and has gentle flavored.It can be used for cooking and baking just like the sugar you usually use.It is also delicious putting it on strawberries instead of condensed milk, and enhances the flavor of the ingredients.
