We want you to enjoy the popular winter Wasanbon stollen in the summer too! With that in mind, we created Wasanbon Summer Stollen.
The dough is filled with plenty of lemon, mango, papaya, and pineapple, and is sprinkled with Teshima lemon powder and Wasanbon to create a refreshing flavor that is perfect for summer.
As a secret ingredient, Wasanbon molasses (the molasses produced when making Wasanbon) is kneaded into the dough, and the liquor is craft gin made in Setouchi.
Enjoy with your favorite drink to make your summer snack time special.
◯How to eat Slice into your desired size (recommended 1-1.5 cm) while chilled and enjoy. Summer stollen with plenty of refreshing lemon and summer fruits. It goes great with tea or iced coffee.
