Dark Incident | Original Products

We had the honor of making dried sweets from Haraguro Jihen, courtesy of Junko Kitajima, a coordinator who turns thoughts into cuisine.
Only people with evil hearts can eat the sweets from the Black Heart Incident. Since the black heart cannot be seen with the naked eye, you must declare yourself as "black hearted" when eating them. You can declare yourself as a person, animal, or plant, but we recommend that you announce that you are "black hearted" by introducing the sweets on social media.
*Please note that if you are not a cunning person, you cannot eat this.
Tea charcoal: The elegant sweetness of wasanbon that spreads in your mouth, along with the black color of tea charcoal, will purify your mind and body and give you a sense of relaxation. *Made with tea charcoal powder from Fujinomiya
Hojicha: The bitter taste of Hojicha and the mellow sweetness of Wasanbon are perfectly balanced to create a taste that evokes the elegance of Japan. *Made with Hojicha powder from Fuji
Sakura shrimp: Sakura shrimp wasanbon with the sea breeze of Suruga Bay. Born from the proverb "you can catch sea bream with shrimp," this unexpected flavor combination creates a novel taste. *Uses Sakura shrimp powder from Yui
-Junko Kitajima-
In the retail industry, she has been involved in planning and managing cooking classes and food education, food styling and photography for advertising, column and recipe production, product development, etc., and started her own business in 2017. She does food photography (menu proposals, cooking, styling) for companies such as Mikuni, Toba Shusaku, Jiichiro, and Tokyo Soir. She has provided more than 250 recipes to companies. She has also produced 130 food-related columns for companies. From these experiences, she has focused on the relationship between "food and consciousness". She combines the interesting relationship between food and consciousness with "coaching" to create menus of "Harashiro Jihen" and "Harashikuro Jihen", which serve thoughts as dishes, and does this through cooking to fulfill the dreams and goals of working women, but in order to make it easier for them to face their thoughts, she opened a funny confectionery shop called "Harashikuro Jihen" in September 2024, which visualizes thoughts, and is exploring new possibilities for food.

Sweets can touch our hearts and awaken emotions hidden deep within. I'm sure everyone has experienced the feeling of eating something sweet and feeling a little lighter in their heart at least once. This may be because sweets are infused with warm feelings. The word "black-hearted" has been used in a negative sense since the Heian period, but we named our shop "Black-hearted Incidents" with the hope that one day it will be used in a positive sense. We hope you will continue to support "Black-hearted Incidents," a funny confectionery shop that visualizes thoughts. There would be no greater joy than if you could feel a change in your heart while savoring a small piece of Japanese art. We hope that these sweets will bring you a taste of happiness, even if you are black-hearted in every way.
