Soy milk brown sugar pudding

Molasses is made by slowly simmering sugarcane grown in the Setouchi region over firewood in a sugar factory.
It contains plenty of sugarcane ingredients (minerals, iron, and B vitamins).

What we would like to introduce to you today is "soy milk brown sugar pudding" that uses molasses as the sauce.
The refreshingly sweet sauce is the perfect dessert for adults.

Soy milk brown sugar pudding for adults -Molasses rum syrup

- Materials -
4 x 100ml pudding containers

A. 200ml soy milk or milk
Amazake 200ml

B. Setouchi brown sugar (powder) 40g
Agar 5g

* 3 drops of vanilla essence

- Rum sauce - 1 tablespoon rum
・3 tablespoons of light brown sugar molasses

- How to make -

① Add all of A to the pot and mix well with a rubber spatula. ② Mix B well and then add 1 and mix. ③ Place the pot on low heat and when it starts to bubble, turn off the heat, add the vanilla extract marked * and mix. ④ Pour evenly into the prepared molds and let cool in the refrigerator. ⑤ While cooling, mix the rum sauce and chill. ⑥ Remove the pudding from the mold onto a plate and pour the sauce from 5 on top to finish.

*If you can't get agar, use 5g of powdered gelatin soaked in 50ml of water instead.
*If you don't have vanilla extract, you don't need to add it. Adding it will reduce the bean smell of the soy milk, making it even more delicious.
