Among the many items on the menu, HIYORI's three original lattes are popular with customers of all ages and genders.

It is made with high-quality matcha, roasted green tea, and molasses (syrup), with plenty of milk and just wasanbon.

Because it is so incredibly simple, we are extremely particular about each step and the selection of ingredients.

Wasanbon has long been served alongside matcha at tea ceremonies.

The mainstream way to enjoy this matcha is to drink it, called "usucha," while the refined sweetness of the wasanbon is still not completely dissolved in your mouth, and enjoy the harmony that unfolds as it spreads throughout your mouth.
